Designed to meet cGMP standards, this advanced system features an automatic neck-holding gripper mechanism that inverts ampoules for thorough cleaning with minimal contact. With six dedicated washing stations-each equipped with triple water and air nozzles-the machine delivers a remarkable output of up to 240 ampoules per minute. It includes three 25-liter tanks and pumps for efficient delivery of cleaning media. All internal contact surfaces are constructed from SS316 to resist corrosion and maintain aseptic processing standards, making it ideal for pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
The unit’s automatic in-feed and exit, cassette-type grippers, and precision-built components ensure smooth operation, reduced contamination risk, and high throughput – optimizing vial preparation for downstream processes.
