It performs comprehensive cleaning through six washing stations – including three air and three water washes – using independent circuits and stainless steel AISI 316L-grade contact parts. Featuring three 25-liter tanks and customizable washing zones, the machine minimizes cross-contamination and enhances process flexibility. The rotary vial washer also supports external vial cleaning, height adjustment (900–950mm), and optimized performance for both ampoules and vials – making it a versatile, high-efficiency solution for modern pharma manufacturing.
